About K Performance

Hi, I'm Kieran! I started my training journey as a skinny teenager with little structure and no real understanding of how to train properly. Like many people, I relied on guesswork and quick fixes before realising that lasting progress comes from purpose, consistency, and education.

 

Over time, I built a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, fitness development, and movement quality, refining an approach that prioritises long-term results. That journey shaped the way I coach today: structured, purposeful training designed to educate, build confidence, and set clients up for success well beyond any single programme.

My Approach

KPerformance uses a structured, evidence-based approach that removes guesswork from training. Programmes combine strength and conditioning, endurance development, pre-hab and mobility, nutrition education, and mindset support, all tailored to the individual. A blend of in-person coaching and online support ensures clear guidance, progression, and accountability.

I operate in-person sessions across Manchester and Bolton, with bases in;

  • DC Power & Performance in Bolton

Both are functional training gyms with modern equipment, allowing for dynamic sessions.
