Grace Russell

With a holiday approaching, Grace focused on dropping body fat and building muscle.

Through consistent training and structured nutrition, she’s now leaner, stronger, and lifting heavier than ever before.

After a starting period at maintenance we pushed kcals up slowly week on week. On the photo on the right her scale weight is 1.6kg up on the starting weight at a much lower body % .


Utilising the food to focus on progressive overload and seeing big increases in our weights in the gym in return!


The difference in these photos is 8 weeks and is a testament to grace’s consistency and application to the process.
